How to not go back to normal in our relational health: 

The divorce rate in America was already at about 50% before COVID hit. Then, in an article from September 1st, titled “US Divorce rates skyrocket amid COVID-19 Pandemic” it said that the number of people looking for divorces was 34% higher from March through June compared to 2019.

31% of those seeking a divorce cited that the lockdown had caused irreparable damage to their relationships.

  1. Seek Jesus 
  2. Spend quality alone time together
  3. Have Sex

How to not go back to normal in our speed of life: 

Pre-Covid statistics showed that 60% of U.S. adults said they at least sometimes felt too busy to enjoy life.

74% of parents said they at least sometimes felt too busy to enjoy life.

1/3 of all children said they always felt rushed.

We now spend on average 5 hours a day on our phones, check our phones once every 12 minutes, or about 80 times a day.

  1. Stop some things
  2. Shut off some things
  3. Sabbath
