Hey Element Church! Black Friday and Cyber Monday are now behind us, and #GivingTuesday is today! What is #GivingTuesday?
#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving and generosity, inviting individuals to celebrate the Christmas season by giving back and creating change in their communities and around the world.
This #GivingTuesday I want to remind you of how you can make a lasting impact through Element Church by contributing to the annual year-end offering that funds the I Heart Wyoming initiative.
I Heart Wyoming is our effort to partner with other churches around the state, resourcing them financially and physically, enabling them to serve their communities in tangible ways. The vision of I Heart Wyoming is to elevate, expand, and reinforce the credibility of God’s Church in all 23 counties of our state.
This offering is above and beyond our regular giving, and I am challenging everyone to simply pray, “God, what do you want to give through me?” Then when He reveals that gift, be faithful to give it! God will never ask you to give what He is not faithful to provide!
We don’t have a giving goal this year, but we do have a participation goal. Our goal is 100% participation of everyone who calls Element Church their home. Remember, no one person can do everything, but we can all do something, and if we all do something, we can end up accomplishing everything.
The official date of our year-end offering is Sunday, December 9th, but giving is already open and will remain open through the end of the year on our giving page HERE, or through the Pushpay mobile app. Just select “I Heart Wyoming” when you give. If you make a cash or check donation, please put “I Heart Wyoming” in the memo or on the envelope. If you would like to give in a non-traditional way, ie. property, real estate, stocks and bonds, precious metals, etc. please contact us at the church via email: generosity@elementchurchwy.com or by phone 307-635-1316. (A member of our finance team will be in contact with you)
This year, whether it’s on Giving Tuesday or not, let’s all be a part of making an impact in God’s Kingdom through our generosity.
