Hey Element Church! Meet Jennifer, this week’s Volunteer of the week. Jennifer was nominated by Steve, our Associate Pastor, who said this: “Jennifer is amazing! She is a volunteer in our Food Pantry and helps receive, stock, and prepare bags for giveaway on Sundays. She has an amazing heart towards other people and she is a pleasure to have on that team. Not only does she serve in the Food Pantry though, every Sunday behind the scenes she ‘deep’ cleans PlayCity. She is incredible and does this with the help of her children. PlayCity has an extra sparkle because of her attention to detail and her care to serve others. She is helping make a lasting impact in two of our Outreach areas here at the church. Thanks so much, Jennifer!!!”
Jennifer has been attending Element for just over two years with her husband and two kids. They serve together most of the time in the Food Pantry and Play City. She is a child advocate for child abuse and neglect prevention, as well as a physical therapist and enjoys camping and hiking.
When asked why she serves here at Element Church, Jennifer said, “I serve because I believe it’s important to give back to God and community. I love being able to support the beautiful work of this church and I feel blessed to be given the opportunity.”
Jennifer, we are blessed to have you on our team. What you do MATTERS and is helping make a lasting impact in our community!
