Hey Element Church! Meet Carmen, this week’s Volunteer of the week. Carmen was nominated by Kristina, our Guest Services Director who said this: “Carmen serves as a leader on the 11:30 am Hospitality team. She has a very kind heart and cares so much about people and her team. Carmen is never afraid to take on new things and always willing to jump in and help where she is needed. She always welcomes people with a smile and bringing them joy seems to be her number one goal. I’m so grateful to have volunteers like her on our First Impressions Team. Thank you, Carmen, for all you do!”
Carmen has been attending Element Church for 3 years with her husband and her daughter who serves in e:kids. She works at CRMC Cancer Center and enjoys playing games.
When asked why she serves here at Element, Carmen said, “I love to help people and God gave me the gift of hospitality. Knowing that I can put a smile on someone’s face just by serving is a great reward.”
