Hey Element Church! I think the Martinez family wins the award for most volunteers of the week honored at one time! HA! This is awesome. Meet Claudia, Natalie, Christian and Nicolette Martinez. They serve as a family, every other week, in our Itty Bitty toddler room for eKidz. Stephanie, our eKidz director said: “This family shows up for every service they serve with a smile on their faces and ready to go. They are an integral part of the eKidz team and we would miss them if they were gone.
The Martinez family has been attending Element Church for approximately 4 years. Claudia and her 3 children have been volunteering for Ekids Itty Bitty Toddlers for a little over a year and “we absolutely enjoy it” they said!
Claudia is currently a Student Funding Coordinator at Park University, F.E. Warren Campus Center. She is also actively pursuing my Bachelors in Business Administration. When not working or attending classes, she loves spending time with her family.
When asked why they serve at Element, Claudia said: “My children and I are proud to serve as volunteers at Element Church because this is our way of serving God and giving back to a church that does so much for us and our community. Volunteering for Element is incredibly satisfying and rewarding for us. We are happy to assist in eKidz and to provide a safe and friendly environment for children. The following Bible verse pretty much sums up our commitment to volunteer at Element Church: ‘Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.’ 1 Peter 4:10”
