Hey Element Church! Meet Dave, this week’s Volunteer of the week. Dave was nominated by Stephanie, our Pastoral Assistant who said this: “Dave has been serving in Fusion for over a year with our High School boys. He does an amazing job connecting with the students and goes above and beyond by attending student sport events. He is able to engage with the students and get them involved in conversations about God that help them deepen their relationship with Him. He’s a great asset to the Fusion Student Ministries team.
Dave has attended Element Church for a year and a half with his wife, Jessica and serves in Fusion. He is a home inspector who enjoys hiking, running and hunting.
When asked why he serves here at Element, Dave said, “I serve because I believe Jesus called church members to serve and I have a passion for working with youth. It feels great to be working with the youth and seeing the movement God is making in their faith journeys.”
You are definitely making an impact Dave. Thank you for serving our students. So many young people need that positive role model outside the home as well. It is a difference-maker. What you do MATTERS!
