Do I Have The Condition Of Forgiveness?

This last Sunday at Element Church, we continued our sermon series through 1 Corinthians 13 called “Love Is Louder: Rising Above The Noise”.  In the series, we are talking about how love is loudest, rising above the noise of anger, hatred, racism, bitterness, division and more.

We focused on the last part of 1 Corinthians 13:5 which says… (love) keeps no record of being wronged.  We talked about forgiveness, and how forgiveness doesn’t remove the wrong that was done to me, it removes my right to hold on to it, or hold it against them. We asked the question, “How can I live in that kind of forgiveness?”

Using Matthew 18:21-35 as our main Scripture, we walked through a teaching and parable of Jesus about forgiving one another.  In this clip here, I talk about forgiveness needing to be a condition of my heart. Do I have the condition of forgiveness?  You can watch full sermons HERE.
