Tuesday’s Leadership Tidbit

There is a difference between attempting lots of things and accomplishing anything, right?  In Exodus 18, Moses was hearing all the peoples disputes from morning until evening.  Moses’ Father in law saw this and said in v. 14:  “What are you really accomplishing here? Why are you trying to do all this alone while everyone stands around you from morning till evening?”

Sometimes to accomplish more you have to do less and delegate the rest.
