That’s essentially what I’m saying when I only trust what I see instead of trusting what Jesus said! That was the big idea this past Sunday at Element Church as we continued our sermon series “Jesus is NOT the reason for the season”. Trusting Jesus as provider is not based on what I see it’s based on what He said!

That’s harder than it sounds though isn’t it? All of us feel like we’d trust more, feel more secure, even give more, if we could just see the provision in our hands. “If I just had more, then…” In this clip here I talk about one of the ways we can begin to trust Jesus as our provider is by simply recognizing where my resources came from.
